Topped with notes of vanilla and nutmeg - and maybe even a hint of warm cocoa - this is truly a four-season Pinot.

    Smoked walnut and black cherries on the nose lead to ripe plum and a satin vanilla mouthfeel with a long and subtle finish in this cabernet. Perfect on its own, or ideally paired with beef burgundy and braised red cabbage.

    Pierce Canyon Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

    This Cabernet has deep and balanced acidity with aromas of dried cherries, cedar cigar box and a hint of black plum. On the palate, flavors of blackberry jam and toasted walnuts balanced out the vanilla notes acquired from the French oak aging.
