    I sent the Italian Cheeses and Charcuterie to my DIL for her birthday. It was packed in ice but the ice melted and the contents were ruined. Gift Tree immediately replaced the order and sent it over-night. Customer service was all you could wish for!

    I sent the Italian Cheese to two of our sons. My son in New York received his on the exact date. My Pittsburgh son wasn’t as fortunate. It was GiftTrees error which they pleasantly rectified.
    
    My son called and said the cheese arrived on the new delivery date
    and was very nice. They were planning to enjoy it over the holidays.

    This was sent to my son%u2019s in-laws. They had experienced an unexpected death in there family. Their extended family came from Colorado and Florida plus those who live near-by! It was a gathering to remember the matriarch of family as well as Thanksgiving! I was told that not only was the presentation beautiful, but the flavors were outstanding!
